For me, the sauce is everything on this recipe, and I seriously can't stop eating it

3 tablespoons spicy (or Dijon) mustard
2 tablespoons (packed) dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ketchup
1-4 canned chipotle chilies (depending on how spicy you like it!)
1/2 seeded jalapeño pepper, minced
6 cans Great Northern beans
Directions
1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add the bacon to a deep saucepan and cook over a medium heat until some fat renders, about three minutes.
3. Add the diced onion to the saucepan and cook until it begins to turn translucent and the bacon has become crispy.
4. Add the barbecue sauce, beer, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, Worcester sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, chilies, and jalapeño and stir to combine.
5. Add beans and stir.
6. Transfer everything to a baking dish (ideally one with a fitted lid, although you can cover it with aluminum foil if necessary) and bake for an hour, checking after 40 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
