Green superfood smoothie with an exotic touch

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 ripe avocado
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh mango
1 handful of fresh kale
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 cup coconut water
Juice of one lime
Some ice cubes
Directions:
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Put them in the blender.
Wash the fresh spinach and kale thoroughly and add them to the blender as well.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Add it to the blender.
Cut the pineapple and mango into pieces and add them to the blender along with the other ingredients.
Sprinkle the chia seeds and flax seeds into the blender for an extra dose of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the ingredients.
Pour the coconut water into the blender for a refreshing taste and extra electrolytes.
