Hands down, this is the best white sauce ever! Nothing else comes close!

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar (white vinegar or apple cider)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of vinegar.
Add 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
2. Stir in 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder.
3. Season the sauce with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
4. Mix everything thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and well blended. Feel free to store in fridge for up to 1 week.
Serve the Alabama White Sauce alongside your favorite barbecued meats, such as grilled chicken, pork, or fish. Don't forget to offer a selection of sides that complement the sauce's flavors, such as green salad, coleslaw, or pickles.
