How to clean your mattress and kill bacteria with sodium bicarbonate

Pour the contents of a cup of sodium bicarbonate into a large container. Add one litre of white vinegar, froth. Protect your hands with household gloves, rub the mattress vigorously with a sponge soaked in this mixture. Then dry in the open air.
