Love these little balls! Whenever they come out of the oven, my hubby sneaks a few into his mouth!

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder, mixing well to ensure no clumps.
3. Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients, and stir until a dough forms.
4. Divide the dough into pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Spray with oil. This will help the seasoning stick. Roll balls in Everything bagel seasoning until coated.
5. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a cheesy twist, mix in 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella into the dough before baking. If you're looking to spice things up, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or garlic powder into the seasoning mix. For those managing gluten sensitivity, ensure your baking powder and seasonings are certified gluten-free.
