Salt and Baking Soda: Another effective method involves using a combination of salt and baking soda. The potent degreasing power of these two ingredients can tackle even the most stubborn stains. Here’s how:
Fill a bowl with equal parts coarse salt and table salt.
Add a little hot water and knead to create a degreasing paste.
Apply the paste to the stains and let it sit for at least an hour.
Scrub with a sponge soaked in water, and the stains will disappear.
Lemon: Lemon is a versatile ingredient known for its cleaning and degreasing properties. There are two methods to use lemon to remove burnt oil stains:
Method 1: Cut a lemon in half and rub it directly on the oil stains as if it were a sponge. Lemon’s natural properties will soften the stains, making them easier to remove. Afterward, rinse the surface with white vinegar diluted in warm water.
Method 2: Obtain the juice of 3 lemons and pour it into a bowl. Place the bowl in the oven at 180 degrees for at least half an hour. This method has a dual effect: softening the stains and leaving your oven smelling fresh.
