Coarse salt and aluminum foil
This method is recommended for iron pots and pans and is one of the most effective methods for removing food and grease residue without damaging their surfaces. You will need a spoonful of coarse salt and some aluminum foil.

Sprinkle the tablespoon of salt over the surface of the pan and let it rest. Cut pieces of aluminum foil, roll them up and rub them on the burnt parts of the pan. Aluminum foil turns dark. Finally, wash and dry it as usual.
