Tip 3: Vanilla extract

Vanilla extract is an effective product for deodorizing your oven and infusing it with a pleasant vanilla scent. To do this, fill a bowl with warm water and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well, then soak a microfiber cloth with this solution. All you have to do is clean the inside of the oven,  not forgetting the racks  and the door. Repeat the process until you find a clean oven that has a good scent. Note that you can replace the vanilla extract with 10 drops of vanilla essential oil.

Citrus fruits are very effective in removing odors from the oven and also freshening it. To do this, put a little water in an oven-safe bowl, then add the lemon slices. Then place the bowl on the oven racks that you previously heated. Leave on for an hour to deodorize the appliances. Another trick is to use orange peels. To do this, preheat the oven to 150°C, then place the peels of this citrus fruit on the baking tray lined with baking paper and cook them for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
