Ingredients:

For the panna cotta:

500 ml cream

100 g sugar

1 vanilla pod (alternatively 1 tsp vanilla extract)

4 sheets of gelatine (alternatively 2 tsp agar-agar)

200 g fresh blueberries

For the blueberry sauce:

200 g fresh or frozen blueberries

50 g sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice
