Clogged sink, the natural trick to unclog it
If household drains become clogged with standing water, food, or other things, it not only causes a clog but also an unbearable bad smell. To help dissolve these debris and get the drain clear again, there are three natural ingredients that together perform a corrosive and swallowing action.

The first ingredient is sodium carbonate, which is cheap and easy to find, white in colour and grainy in appearance. It should be used in place of baking soda because it is more corrosive due to its high alkaline content. It acts directly as a deodorant, degreaser and sanitizer.
This ingredient is combined with alcoholic vinegar, similar to white wine vinegar, and is a solution derived from the fermentation of sugars. Its power is descaling, as well as cleaning limescale and pipes. Hot water is added to the previous two, which stimulates the reaction of the ingredients and rinses all residues to clean the pipes.
The doses to be prepared for a medium nature filling are:
- Sodium carbonate 4 tbsp
- Half a glass of alcohol vinegar
- Hot water 1 litre

If the jam is high-level (always checking the cause first) the amounts increase:
- Sodium carbonate 6 tbsp
- Alcohol vinegar 1 glass
- Hot water 1.5 litres
