How to sprout an orange
1- Get the seeds
The process of getting seeds is quite simple and you will only need an orange to do it. You can use the seeds of an orange that you consume and continue to bring life with that same fruit.
The most practical thing is to remove the seeds from the oranges and place them in a glass of water for a while, then remove the thin film that covers them and once you remove them they will be ready to be planted.
2- Prepare the cup to place the seeds in it
The next step you need to take to sprout your orange in a cup is to prepare the container where you will sprout them and prepare your soil. The soil that you will have to place inside the small cup must be aerated and it must be moist.
Ideally , fill the cup with this soil and push your finger in about 4-5 cm so that you can then place the orange tree seed there. It is best to moisten the soil before placing the seed.
3- Germinate the orange seed
Once you have prepared the seeds inside the soil in the cup that you want your beautiful orange tree to grow, you need to cover them with more soil and moisten the soil. The orange tree takes time to germinate and grow, but when it does, you will be able to take full advantage of it.
It is recommended to water the small cup whenever you see it dry, you may need to do this every 2 or 3 days, depending on the temperature and light where you place it. You can leave it in a place with direct light as this suits it very well.
