I clean the microwave until it shines in 2 minutes, even from old grease: no need to rub anything

It is not always possible to wash the internal surfaces the first time, but I have a simple recipe that does not require any effort or special household chemicals, just liquid laundry soap or dishwashing detergent.

Having thoroughly soaked the foam sponge with water, place it on the microwave tray, drip just a little detergent on top and turn on the heat, literally for a minute.
