This muscle is responsible for the elasticity of the cheeks, helps avoid biting while eating and, when contracted, squeezes air inside. A great exercise to strengthen this area is controlled cheek puffing:
Pull your lips forward slightly, using the fingers of one hand to hold them in place to prevent wrinkles from forming. Puff out your cheeks halfway. Turn your head to the right and up diagonally and stay in this position. Soon you will feel the elasticity of the cheek muscle. Exhale, switch hands and repeat the exercise on the other side. Do several repetitions until your cheeks feel tired.

Step 3: Face Shape Correction
Spasm in the nose area affects the formation of wrinkles, but tension in the muscles responsible for chewing can dramatically change the appearance because it affects the position of the facial bones.

It has been noticed that in age portraits the jaw line often looks blurry and raised up, which leads to sagging tissue. When working on the chewing muscles, which experience stress every day, you should pay attention to them every day.
