Preparing vegetables :

Slice the zucchini into thin slices.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Finely chop the dill.

Mixing ingredients :

Take a thick bag (such as a baking bag) and seal it on one side if necessary.

Place chopped zucchini, onion and dill in a bag.

Add a squeezed clove of garlic.

Adding spices and marinade :

Add salt, paprika, sugar and mustard.

 

Pour in vinegar.

Marinating :

Tie the bag and shake gently so that all ingredients are mixed well.

Place the bag of zucchini in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ready!

 

Your pickled zucchini appetizer is ready to serve.
