**Preparation:**

1. Crush the shortbread cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin until finely ground.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the honey until completely melted.

3. Add the ground butter biscuits, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, raisins, dried apricots, dried figs, dried dates, dried cherries, dried cranberries and dried apple rings and stir well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chopped dark chocolate until completely melted and evenly distributed.

5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.

6. Let the balls rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

7. In the meantime, roll out the marzipan thinly and cut it into small strips.

8. Mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon and vanilla extract and roll the balls in this mixture to dust them.

9. Wrap each bee table with a strip of marzipan and press lightly to secure.
