The juice of half a lemon.
A glass of water.
A tablespoon of honey (of your choice).
Preparation:
Prepare a glass of water in which you put a tablespoon of chia seeds.
Let it sit for at least an hour to have a gelatin mixture.
Extract the lemon juice and add it to the mixing glass.
If you want to have a sweet drink, you can add a tablespoon of honey of your choice.
HOW TO CONSUME THIS DRINK?
After you finish making your chia lemon juice drink, drink it mid-morning.
If necessary, repeat the process before each main meal to achieve the desired result.
