Dark Chocolate and Orange Madeleines

Sift the flour and baking powder. Stir them into the egg/sugar mixture by mixing with an electric whisk. Stir in the finely grated orange zest.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter and fold them into the batter.
Grease and flour the madeleine trays. Fill the pans 3/4 full, the dough will puff up when baked.
Bake in the oven for about ten minutes.
Remove from the mould and let cool flat
