Eat more vegetable fats. Avoid fried foods, sausages and red meat, which are high in saturated fat. Vegetable fats, i.e. unsaturated fatty acids, help reduce cholesterol, protect the heart and provide antioxidants to our body (carotene and tocopherols). Use olive oil for dressing, eat olives, flax seeds and dried fruit.

Choose foods rich in magnesium. Magnesium deficiency can cause cramps and muscle spasms. Consume foods rich in magnesium such as spinach, asparagus and lettuce. Selenium is also good for you, found in onion, garlic, cabbage, oranges, cucumbers and apple.

Natural food supplements. Some supplements, such as chlorophyll, spirulina and aloe vera juice, help fight fatigue caused by fibromyalgia, and keep the body free of toxins.

Avoid wheat, oats, rye and barley. Some studies have found some connections between fibromyalgia and celiac disease.

Perform physical activity regularly to have excellent muscle tone. Walk, bike, swim and do yoga.
