Utensils to provide
- A large saucepan or pot
- Watering can
Instructions
Cook your vegetables in a large pot of unsalted boiling water and reserve the cooking water.
Add a few roughly broken egg shells to the still boiling water and let the mixture cool.
Leave to macerate for several hours.
Transfer the mixture to a watering can and pour over the soil of your plants or that of your garden to enrich it.
Repeat watering 4 weeks later.
