How to Propagate Pothos from Single Leaves

If one of the leaves is close to the node, we recommend removing it, otherwise it will rot once placed in water.

Fill the glass jar halfway with water, then place our cutting in it and don’t forget to change the water at least twice a week.

When the first roots form, the plant is ready to be planted in the ground.

Basic Pothos Care

  • Pothos does not need much water. Give it twice a week, making sure not to create any clutter. The pot must be well darkened.
  • Do not expose the plant to direct sunlight, as it may burn the leaves. The plant needs light, but indirectly.
  • Clean the pot leaves once in a while with a damp cotton ball. Removing dust from the surface of the leaves will promote photosynthesis.
