3. Dill
Dill or dill seeds are used to treat flatulence, indigestion, stomach pain, and vomiting.
When stomach pain recurs, chewing a little dried fennel seeds or drinking fennel tea will quickly relieve the pain. If you want to completely cure the disease, chew fennel seeds (or drink fennel tea) every day for 2-3 consecutive months to cure the disease.
5. Yogurt
