Drain the tuna and flake it. Season it with half of the yoghurt sauce.
Garnish the salad leaves with the tuna, raw vegetables and apple. Drizzle with a little yoghurt sauce and sprinkle with chopped chives. Roll the leaves on themselves to enclose the filling. Cut the wraps in half and hold them closed with wooden skewers.
Serve with the rest of the sauce.
