Only at the age of 40 did I find out what the grille inside the stove was for. I’m sharing 4 ways to use it.

If you really want meat kebab, then this is not a problem. Place pieces of meat on skewers and place on a wire rack. As a result, you can taste very tasty kebab! Just be sure to place a baking tray underneath so that juice from vegetables or fat from meat drips onto it. You can cook such a kebab at any time, regardless of the weather.

Mexican snack

I couldn’t even think that a wire rack could help in preparing such a snack. There is not much time left until the New Year and many will want to prepare something new for the holiday table. The grill will help in preparing tacos, which are so popular in Mexico. Or rather, you can prepare the base for it. You just need to buy ordinary pita bread and cut circles out of it. Then hang them on a wire rack and leave them in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Once the baking process is complete, you will have a solid base for the filling. Usually, as a filling I use fried minced meat with onions in tomato paste with the addition of pepper (hot or sweet to taste) and corn. Top with cheese and you’re done! In general, there are many options for fillings, everyone can choose their own.

Fried drumsticks
And now it’s time for the hot stuff! Mostly I bake chicken in a sleeve or pan. But you can make everything even simpler – just hang the drumsticks on the grill. The grill will work for this too! Just before that we marinate them or coat them with spices.

You should also place a baking sheet underneath, or better yet, with a side dish of potatoes, because they will absorb the fat dripping from the legs, resulting in an incredibly tasty dish!
