Cook pasta al dente.
Meanwhile, peel the onion; dice the pepper, cheese, ham and onion.
Drain the corn.
After cooking, rinse the pasta briefly with cold water and allow to cool slightly if necessary.
Then mix the peppers, onion, cheese and ham with the corn and pasta in a large bowl.
Stir in sour cream. Crush garlic and add.
Season with oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
Depending on your taste, you can also add other spices.
The sour cream can be partially replaced with crème fraîche or yoghurt.
The pasta salad can be eaten immediately, but if you leave it in the fridge for a few hours, the flavour will intensify.
