Soft caramel truffles: the recipe for an irresistible delicacy

1. Melt the sugar in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the cold chunk butter and whipped cream.
3. Finally, stir in the coffee and salt.
4. Sift the mixture and let it cool.
5. Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Then add salt.
6. Set aside, mix and sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
7. Then fold the dry ingredients into the batter, mixing gently.
8. Pour the batter into a rectangular baking tray lined with parchment paper.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 170° for about 15 minutes.
