Sleep is essential for our overall health and well-being, but did you ever stop to consider the importance of your sleeping position? Believe it or not, your sleeping position can directly impact your health. While you may or may not have a preference, experts suggest that sleeping on your left side is the best position for a variety of reasons.

If you suffer from heartburn, sleeping on your left side can provide relief. When we sleep on the right side, stomach acid can enter the esophagus pathway, causing heartburn and discomfort. By sleeping on the left side, we can reduce acid reflux and minimize gastrointestinal issues.
