Bread Preparation and Baking
Process Cover the portions with dough and let rest for 20 minutes. Roll out each portion of dough and roll it into a cylinder shape, taking care to seal the ends well to prevent them from unraveling.
Place the rolled loaves in the moulds previously greased with oil. Cover again and let them sit for another 20 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. After the second rest, lightly moisten the surface of the loaves with a little water.
Bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the loaves turn golden brown and make a hollow sound when tapped on the bottom.
Remove the loaves from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
And voila, the homemade seeded bread is ready! Enjoy this crusty bread on the outside and soft on the inside with your favorite ingredients. Perfect to accompany your meals or prepare delicious sandwiches. Plus, the satisfaction of baking your own bread at home can't be beat
