Don’t throw away coffee grounds: they can be used in many ways and are useful in many situations at home, in the garden or in the kitchen.
Coffee grounds can certainly not be reused to prepare another drink, but once used, they can definitely be recycled. Below, we suggest some uses.
Exfoliants
The rough texture of coffee grounds can be used to make a skin scrub. Mix 40 grams of coffee grounds with 80 grams of sugar and 50 ml of coconut oil. Apply to damp skin, then rinse.
Plant
Adding coffee grounds to plant soil helps regulate pH (acidity), increase nitrogen, and aerate the soil. They are especially helpful for tomatoes.
Eliminates bad odors from the refrigerator
