Wherever we put them, they bring life and energy. However, they also often have interesting properties that are not necessarily known to everyone. And when there are hundreds of them, it can be difficult to choose one. That is why today we present you a list of 5 beautiful plants that are beneficial. This list is not exhaustive and sets out the first steps to get off to a good start.

  1. Rubber tree Rubber tree (or ficus) is like a small tree, but it has everything of a big one! It has beautiful, vibrant green leaves often veined in a beautiful yellow and has a superpower: fighting indoor pollution. In fact, it is the sworn enemy of formaldehyde, a polluting volatile molecule found in all homes (furniture, glue, particle board…). What’s more, it is not fussy: it feels good anywhere indoors as long as it has space and the sun does not shine directly on it.
  2. Lavender Do you smell that little scent of Provence emanating from delicate violet flowers? It is characteristic of this plant that pleasantly perfumes an interior with its relaxing scent, and whose calming, relaxing, anti-lice and anti-migraine properties are appreciated by the whole family. You don’t need to have a huge field, a simple pot will do! Be careful not to drown it in stagnant water… it prefers dryness to that. In addition, you can use it in many ways, whether you throw a few flowers into a well-deserved bath or let them infuse in water in the room.
