Tonight, we don't deprive ourselves with a very simple recipe that is so good that you will fall backwards! Treat yourself to this slightly regressive but oh-so-tasty dish!

You're going to make people happy

Ingredients for 4/6 people:

– 4 large leeks (600g cut, washed, peeled)
– 20 g butter
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 10 cl whipping cream (Jamie puts 20)
– 2 sprigs of fresh thyme (Jamie puts 6)
– 10 0g Parmesan cheese (instead of the Cheddar from the recipe)
