Fabulous trick to repair synthetic leather of jackets, bags, shoes and furniture

Procedure, step by step

1- To begin, we have to put a little white glue on the worn area and, with the help of a brush, spread it evenly. We wait a few minutes until the glue is completely dry. Then, we put another layer of glue.

2- Once it is dry, with the other brush we are going to paint it gently, until we obtain an even and uniform color.

And that’s it, now we wait for the paint to dry, and you will see that the synthetic leather is like new!

Recommendations and tips:

1- When we have a worn or damaged leather jacket, we have to apply moisturizing cream before applying the procedure. The idea is to hydrate the fabric well so that it does not crack later in the area we fix.

Now, if it is scratches or scratches, simply apply the textile paint.

2- If the vinyl lifts over time, you just have to fill it with glue and carefully attach it to the jacket until it is uniform. It’s okay if you have to repeat the procedure several times to get it right.

3- We recommend using some oil, especially when we notice that it begins to crack. It is normal for this to happen, since UV rays can damage the fabric a lot, although this depends on the length of time it is exposed.

4- We can also prevent cracking by using leather conditioner. This product can be used on any type of leather, whether synthetic or special.
