Garlic that stays fresh and intact for a whole year: only chefs know this kitchen trick

1- Take half a kilo of garlic cloves and soak them in warm water for about an hour to soften the peel.
2- After this time, dry the garlic cloves and remove the peels easily.
3- Place the peeled garlic cloves in a sterilized glass jar.
4- Add two tablespoons of coarse salt (about 30 grams) to the jar.
5- To preserve the garlic cloves, add a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar to the jar.
6- Boil some water and let it cool. Add enough water to completely cover the garlic cloves in the jar.
