Preparation :
Using a knife, make a cross-shaped cut on each lemon and place salt in each cut. Then place the cut lemons in a container, which you will place in the center of one of the rooms in your home (the bedroom for example).

Recent studies conducted on the effects of lemon in aromatherapy show that the scent released by lemon provides a feeling of calm and well-being. Placed in a bedroom, lemons improve the quality of sleep. In addition, the scent released by lemons keeps insects and especially mosquitoes away.
