Low Calorie Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe:

Ingredients :

  • 100g 0% fromage blanc
  • 120 g 0% goat’s cheese yoghurt
  • 3 egg whites (with a pinch of salt)
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia (natural sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation :

In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, yoghurt and vanilla extract and beat them with a fork. Then whip the 3 egg whites until stiff with a small pinch of salt, until you get a compact foam. Gently incorporate it into your first mixture, then pour everything into an ice cream maker. If you don’t have it, you can put it directly in the freezer. The result will be just as satisfying.

Take it out of the freezer 30 minutes before consuming it, so that it regains a softer consistency. You can keep it for 10 days.
