6. Feeling of tightness in the chest.
One common sign of a heart attack is feeling pressure in the chest. This pressure will keep rising until the attack occurs.

7. Feet that are larger than usual.
If you have congestive heart failure, it means that one or both of the lower chambers of your heart are not pumping blood effectively. As a result, blood can accumulate in your legs, ankles, and feet, leading to swelling.
