  3. Mildew Odor: To remove the damp smell from clothes stored for a long time, soak them in water and vinegar before washing.
  4. Sweat Stains: Remove sweat stains by using a sponge soaked in a solution of one tablespoon of vinegar in 250 ml of warm water. Then wash normally.
  5. Stain Removal: For pre-existing stains, prepare a solution with 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent, and 4 glasses of water. Rub the sponge on the stain, then wash as usual.
  6. Color Preservation: Add a glass of vinegar to each wash cycle to prevent colors from fading.
  7. New Clothes: To prevent new clothes from losing their color during the first wash, soak them in water and vinegar.
  8. Normal Wash: Boil 1 glass of vinegar in 5 glasses of water. Remove from heat, add the dirty clothes, and let them soak overnight. Then wash the clothes as usual.
  9. Shrunk Wool: If a wool shirt shrinks, soak it in a solution of one part vinegar and two parts water for 25 minutes, then let it dry.
  10. Washing Machine Maintenance: Adding vinegar to your washes prevents fungi from forming on the rubber parts of the washing machine and keeps filters and other internal parts clean. You can also clean the washing machine by adding two glasses of vinegar (without clothes).
