Banana cake without baking, a recipe to fall in love with

  • Directions:
    1. First, place the cookies in a freezer bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Alternatively, you can use a blender.
    2. Add the melted butter to the cookie crumbs and mix well until a smooth mixture is formed.
    3. Pour the biscuit-butter mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper and spread it evenly over the bottom. Then press down lightly and place in the fridge to set.
    4. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
    5. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until well combined.
    6. Add the banana mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
    7. In a small bowl, mix the gelatin powder with hot water until completely dissolved. Then slowly add to the banana-cream cheese mixture and stir well.
    8. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the banana-cream cheese mixture until everything is well mixed.
    9. Pour the banana cream onto the prepared biscuit base in the springform pan and smooth it out.
    10. Allow the banana cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    11. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate as desired before serving.
