Butter Bars From Scratch: Gooey Goodness Awaits!

Continue reading for more suggestions on how to serve these butter bars, but regardless of how you serve them, they will taste fantastic. Baking is the way to go!
Constituents of the crust
Two and a half cups of all-purpose flour
One and a half cups of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of powdered baked goods
Two big eggs, one-half teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of butter at room temperature
Putting in:
Cream cheese, 8 ounces, at room temperature
Three huge eggs
For powdered sugar, four cups
1/4 milligram of vanilla

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, and eggs. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients on low speed until a dough is formed. Prepare a baking dish measuring 9 inches by 13 inches by lining it with foil and spraying it with nonstick cooking spray. Alternatively, you can just spray your pan directly with a generous layer of cooking spray, omitting the foil step. (The foil makes it simpler to remove all of the bars at once and get lovely clean cuts, but it is not required to do so).
To prepare the bottom of the pan, pat the dough into it and put it aside.
After placing the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl, whip it until it is completely smooth and creamy. After adding three eggs, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, beat the mixture until it is completely smooth and there are no lumps. Pour over the crust that is in the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for around half an hour, or until the top is a golden brown color. The typical toothpick test is not going to be an option for you since they are designed to have a little bit of a gooey consistency in the center. Instead, you will have to depend on them appearing lovely and golden. For the top layer to have some time to solidify, wait until it has fully cooled before cutting it.
Remarks
This is a hint: they are great while they are warm, but when you cut them in that manner, they are not as attractive. I would recommend eating one while it is still warm and then allowing the others to cool down, but you didn’t hear me say that!
