List of ingredients:

Fresh purslane, approximately 500 grams (1 pound), cleaned well and with hard stems taken out.

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 onion, cut into small pieces.

2 pieces of garlic, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, cut into pieces.

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
