4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

For the Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions:
