Stir Fry Broccoli and Carrot with Chicken

Procedure:
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli, carrots, and garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture.
Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve over cooked rice.
