How often do you clean your oven?

How do they work?

Baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3), can dissolve organic matter. Its abrasiveness also helps scrub surfaces without damaging them.

Now, because of the acidity of vinegar or a diluted version of acetic acid (HC2H3O2), it’s effective in removing tough stains that it helps break down.

lso, did you know they’re opposites? Baking soda and vinegar are found on the opposite side of the pH level.

That’s why when you mix them together, you get a chemical reaction.

A good kind of chemical reaction.
