How to clean a mirror without leaving streaks?
Before cleaning, you should first dust glass surfaces and mirrors. To do this, start by wiping them with a microfiber cloth or soft cloth. When you’re done, move on to cleaning up the mess with one of the following tips. Eco-friendly, inexpensive, and effective, these homemade and natural cleaning products are great for degreasing and cleaning all surfaces as well as possible.
White vinegar and newspaper
White vinegar can be used to clean the entire house, and mirrors are no exception. Ideal against dirt and fingerprints, this eco-friendly cleaning product allows you to give your mirrors and windows a shine at a lower cost. To use, mix half a cup of white vinegar with a few drops of an essential oil of your choice and pour the mixture into a bottle equipped with a spray bottle. Simply spray the solution on the surface to be cleaned and let it sit for a few seconds. Then take a dry cloth and rub gently. You’ll need to clean in circles and not by rubbing up and down.
Another trick is to dilute ⅓ of white vinegar in ⅔ of hot water, soak a newspaper in this mixture, then rub the dirty mirror or dirty windows using the same movements. Result: shiny, perfectly clean surfaces with no visible streaks.
