How to Deodorize Shoes:
Baking Soda: Sprinkle baking soda inside your shoes and let it sit overnight to absorb odors. Shake out the excess before wearing them.
Shoe Inserts: Use cedar shoe inserts or deodorizing balls in your shoes to keep them smelling fresh.
Wash Shoes: For washable shoes, throw them in the washing machine or hand-wash them regularly.
Tip: Let your shoes air out in a well-ventilated area to reduce odor buildup.
6. Use Antiperspirant on Feet
Just like you use antiperspirant for underarms, you can use it on your feet to control sweating. Choose a foot-specific antiperspirant or a regular antiperspirant with aluminum chloride to reduce foot sweat and odor.

How to Use:
Apply antiperspirant to clean, dry feet before putting on socks and shoes.
Reapply as needed, especially before wearing shoes for extended periods.
7. Treat Foot Infections
Sometimes, foot odor can be caused by underlying conditions like athlete’s foot or fungal infections. If you notice persistent odor along with itching, redness, or scaling, you might have a foot infection.
