Mix the ingredients, let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then roll into balls. Return it to the fridge and let it chill for at least an hour.
In a double boiler, melt the following ingredients:
1 bag of chocolate chips, 1 piece of semi-sweet chocolate

Roll each ball in the chocolate mixture using a fork before dropping it into the mixture. This will ensure that each ball is coated. Refrigerate after placing on parchment paper. You can freeze them without any problem.
