In Reunion Island, what do we traditionally enjoy at aperitif time? Well, we will offer you crispy samosas (the fillings are infinitely variable), hot bouchons (steamed meat bites), chili candies (which, as their name suggests, are more or less spicy!), small meat (or greens) pâtés (friands), potato or breadfruit fritters... And so many other good things are offered (and I'm not even talking about chips, peanuts and other joys. In short, you'll have understood. A proper aperitif can be a meal! ^^ Besides, I've already surprised more than one person in mainland France at aperitif time, LOL)... Well, you should know that I'm salivating just mentioning all this!

And so, I was saying, my favorite samosas are these. I think I've been making them since I was a teenager. Unbeatable! I'd love for you to come back and tell me about them!
