  • Notes:

    2. – It is possible to prepare the samosas in advance and then freeze them. There are two options for this: either place them in the freezer immediately after folding, or lightly fry them, then let them cool and place them in the freezer.
    3. In both cases, simply remove the samosas from the freezer 1 hour before serving and fry them in hot oil. I recommend keeping them in the freezer for a maximum of 2 months.
