Notes:

- – It is possible to prepare the samosas in advance and then freeze them. There are two options for this: either place them in the freezer immediately after folding, or lightly fry them, then let them cool and place them in the freezer.
- In both cases, simply remove the samosas from the freezer 1 hour before serving and fry them in hot oil. I recommend keeping them in the freezer for a maximum of 2 months.
