🔹Repetitive   movements.   Activities that involve constant use of the wrists or fingers, such as typing, playing an instrument, or playing certain sports.
🔹Previous   injuries to the joint.   Blows or sprains can predispose you to its development.
🔹Arthritis   or other joint conditions.   Certain diseases can cause a buildup of synovial fluid.
🔹Genetic   factors.   If someone in your family has had this disease, you are more likely to develop it.

🏥When to see a doctor?

If the mass does not cause discomfort and does not affect movement,   it may not require treatment   and should simply be performed under observation. However, if you experience   pain, discomfort or limitation of movement  , it is best to consult a specialist, such as an orthopedist or rheumatologist.
