In a deep skillet or saucepan, heat the oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
When the oil is heated, add the spring rolls slowly and carefully, a few at a time. For about three to four minutes on each side, fry until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the item from the oil and place on paper towels to rest.
To Serve:
To serve, bring to a boil and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sriracha mayonnaise or cheese sauce.
