  1. An object stuck in the drum

Keys  , coins or other small items  left in pockets can cause rattling noises and damage the drum.

Solution :

  • Check the pockets  of your clothes before each wash.
  • If an unusual noise appears, empty and inspect the drum.
  1. An overload of laundry

An overfilled drum   disrupts the wash cycle, reduces spin efficiency and accelerates wear and tear on the machine.

Solution :

  • Respect the load capacity  (do not exceed  two-thirds of the drum ).
  • Wash heavy clothes  (jeans, blankets) in several cycles rather than in one load.
  1. Common Mechanical Problems

Clothes are unevenly distributed  : A pile of laundry on one side of the drum creates an imbalance.
Solution  :

Distribute the laundry evenly  to avoid jolting.

The belt is worn or loose  : If your machine  is squeaking or rubbing abnormally , the belt may be the cause.
Solution  :

Replace the belt  with a new one that fits your model.

The drum mount is damaged  : If a  shock absorber is worn , the drum may hit the hull.
Solution  :  Have  the mount checked and replaced if necessary.
